Amazing view over the beach and promenade, very spacious room with a nice built in balcony. The room has modern style, the bathroom is amazing with a nice and big walk in shower. The room was very clean and fresh, the houskeeping staff does a very good job. The breakfast is good especially the fresh fruits!

We stayed here for 4 nights, we had a spacious room with shower, what a perfect view from our room. We love the location too. We used the car parking we were given a space with a number and that was our allocated space for our stay. Its easier to walk through the bar area to go through the alleyway to get to the beach rather than walking up the steep hill.

We had a great experience overall. The staff were very kind and welcoming, especially Daniel; he was so kind and attentive. The food was delicious and fresh, with a great variety. Breakfast and dinner were included in our stay. However, one issue was the lack of halal options. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. The balcony sofa was useful, but there were a few minor inconveniences.

Clean and bright accomodation. Reception staff very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. House keeping staff very nice. Restaurant staff, the waitress was lovely always smiling, helped with a smile. Breakfast buffet was ample and delicious. Lovely bar & pool area. Beds very comfortable. Beautiful view across Benidorm beach front..

The staff were very friendly throughout and accommodated us where needed. The hotel is in a fantastic location just far away enough from the strip to be quiet but close enough it only takes a 5 minute walk. Bars, restaurants and shops are within 2 minutes. The view is simply fantastic too! Overall I'm very happy with the booking!

Great location, right by the beach and within easy walk of the main areas. Spotlessly clean everywhere and well maintained. Nice bar and terrace area and bar prices were very reasonable. The breakfast was good - plenty of choices. The room was bright and spacious and had a great view over the beach. I liked the separate shower/toilet/sink and the shower was great. The balcony was covered, with windows right round to open, which created a lovely seating area. The room was cleaned daily and the bed was comfy.

Location was good, although up a slight hill the views was spectacular.quiet location .Staff all very helpful and friendly.The food was varied and plentiful, Xmas day lunch a let down,but overall good. Entertainment in my opinion starts too late at night at 10.30 pm. Otherwise all good.
